Hair Extensions are 99% dispatched within 3 days of payment
being received. There may be occasions where this can take
longer (e.g. out of stock). If you have got any special requirements
or need them
for a special occasion please ask before ordering.
Refund Policy
We are so confident in our product that we support it with
a NO QUIBBLE money
back guarantee.
Our hair extensions can be refunded or returned within 7
days of the receiving your order, provided:

1 The extensions show no signs of having been worn, are in an "as new" condition
and in the original undamaged packaging. The product must not show any signs
of use.

2 Are sent back to us within 7 days

3 E-mail us to let us know that a refund is required

As soon as we receive your set, we will refund your payment to your account immediately. If you paid by cheque or postal order we will post you a cheque immediately.
