Exchange Policy

If for any reason you wish to exchange your set for a different colour,please:
» 1 e-mail us to let us know,
» 2 send back to us unused within 7 days
» 3 send set not forgetting to enclose your details ie.name/address/email/phone no/the name of the colour actually required.
As soon as we receive your set we will immediately post out the correct colour.


Returns

Our hair extensions can be refunded within 7 days of the receiving your order, provided:


» 1 The extensions show no signs of having been worn, are in an "as new" condition and in the original undamaged packaging. The product must not show any signs of use. ie the hygeine seal is intact
» 2 Are sent back to us within 7 days
» 3 E-mail us to let us know that a refund is required


As soon as we receive your set, we will refund your payment to your account immediately. If you paid by cheque or postal order we will post you a cheque immediately.
